Somatic healing utilizes intentional touch and energy work to soothe body and mind. Healing touch from an informed holistic perspective that rivals traditional massage techniques! May incorporate discussion, meditation, stretching, cupping and/or yoga as requested or needed.

Awaken and align your body and mind with a personalized yogic path full of information and support. Would you like to begin, refresh, or deepen your journey? Hatha, Vinyasa, Pranayama, various types of meditation and topics can be covered. Stretch and strengthen while clearing your mind and aligning your heart and soul with the infinite energy of the universe.

Distance Reiki + Coaching
If you would like to receive services from afar, this is for you! Discuss your goals and how to achieve them; tackle physical, emotional and mental challenges together. Choose phone coaching for wellness, trauma processing, and information / resource gathering. Or use Zoom to enjoy a more engaged experience of coaching, distance reiki and/or various teachings including yoga, meditation, breathwork and more!

FYI – Though I have trained in many massage modalities, I am not a licensed CMT, talk therapist or counselor. Thus, I offer coaching, energetic therapies, healing touch, and more. I have been told my services rival the relief provided by traditional shiatsu, sports massage and talk therapy. My actual certifications are listed here. Please try for yourself!
